These 2 cases involve 2 appeals from judgments entered in the circuit court of Wayne county against Checker Mutual Automobile Insurance Company as garnishee defendant in each case. The material facts are not in dispute and are as follows: Each of the plaintiffs, Ralph L. Cook and Thomas Ford, brought separate actions against defendants, Francis A. Bergert and Luigi Dinverno, in the common pleas court for the city of Detroit.
