{¶ 1} Respondent, Michael A. Sakmar of Boardman, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0062443, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1993.
{¶ 2} On October 12, 2009, relator, Mahoning County Bar Association, filed a complaint charging respondent with four counts of professional misconduct. Although respondent was served with the complaint on October 17, 2009, he did not file an answer or otherwise appear in the action.
