BLACKMUN, Circuit Judge.
Athanasios Patsis petitions for review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissing his appeal from an order of the Special Inquiry Officer. The exclusive jurisdiction of a court of appeals to review this administrative determination is now established by Foti v. Immigration & Naturalization Service, 375 U.S. 217, 229-232, 84 S.Ct. 306, 11 L.Ed.2d 281 (1963), and by § 106(a) of the Immigration & Nationality Act, 1 8 U.S.C. § 1105a, as added September 26, 1961, effective October 26, 1961, Pub.L. 87-301, § 5(a), 75 Stat. 651.
