FINAL COPY S12Z0998. IN RE WILLIAM NORMAN ROBBINS. PER CURIAM. This is a petition for readmission as a member of the bar of this state. William Norman Robbins was admitted to the Bar in 1978. He was disbarred by this Court in 2003 for admittedly paying a “runner” to refer clients to his office, in violation of Standard 13 of Bar Rule 4-102 (d). In re Robbins,
