Objections to the account of the administrator have been filed by the Commissioner of Welfare of the City of New York and the Commissioner of Hospitals. Both objectants challenge the rejection of their respective claims and the allowance of two claims presented by children of the decedent. The Commissioner of Welfare also objects to the amount expended for the funeral of the decedent.
