The appeal in this case is taken from an order of the Court below overruling a motion to strike out a judgment rendered in an attachment proceeding. The case was tried before the Court, without the assistance of a jury, on the 20th of June, 1885, and was held sub curia until the 25th of the same month, when verdict was rendered for the plaintiff, assessing damages, and judgment was forthwith entered thereon, and judgment of condemnation of the property seized under the attachment.
