THIS MATTER is before the Court on the timely objections by Defendants B. Dale Stancil, The Sugar Mountain Irrevocable Trust, and The B. Dale Stancil Irrevocable Trust (“moving Defendants”) to the Memorandum and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Max 0.
