In this civil action, plaintiff Teresa Lucas alleges that defendant Steel King Industries, Inc. (“Steel King”) violated the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., by failing to disclose information about the group life insurance policy it maintained.
