DECISION ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiff in this adversary proceeding is debtor in the related Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Plaintiff brought this adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5). He states in the complaint that he is indebted to the defendant, his former wife, in the amount of $29,000.00 for child support.
