ROBERT L. BAYT, Bankruptcy Judge.

On the 25th day of March, 1980, the debt- or, William L. Knabe, filed his Petition for Relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. On his petition he listed a debt to Maxine T. Bennett in the amount of $1,400. The debt represented attorney’s fees which were awarded to Bennett by the Superior Court of Marion County, Indiana for representing Knabe’s wife in a dissolution of marriage proceeding.
