The pro se plaintiff, Gail DeCorso, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered when it granted the motions for summary judgment filed by the defendants Alfred J. Zullo, an attorney, and Neil Longobardi, a state marshal. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court erred when it granted the motions for summary judgment because it failed to consider (1) Practice Book § 61-11 (a), (2) 11 U.S.C. § 362 (a) (2), and (3) (a) issues of material fact as to the rules of practice and the United States Bankruptcy Code and (b) the allegations of trespass in the original…
