Albina Cooper appeals from a judgment declaring the respondents (the Elfelts) owners of an undivided one-half interest in Albina's home, ordering a partition of the property and determining rent due from Albina to the Elfelts. The Elfelts acquired their interest after the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) levied upon and sold Dale Cooper's equal interest in the home to satisfy his income tax arrears.
