On the 27th day of August, A. D. 1860, John O. Douglas, one of the defendants in error, before a justice of the peace in Leavenworth county, recovered a judgment against Mary Ousic, the plaintiff in error for one hundred dollars and costs of suit, and on the 25th day of March, A. D. 1861, caused to be filed in the office of the clerk of the District Court for said county a transcript of that judgment.
