Action on a policy of insurance issued to the plaintiff, De Shields, by the defendant, the Insurance Company of North America, on August 12, 1920, covering, against loss or damage by fire, one Nash track in the sum of $2,450.00, for a period of one year. From judgment on verdict for the full amount of the policy, with interest, the defendant appeals.
