This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the defendant after the sustaining of a general demurrer to plaintiff’s amended complaint. There is also an appeal from the order sustaining the demurrer. The latter appeal is dismissed as no appeal lies from such an order. The statement of facts is taken from the allegations of the amended complaint. The plaintiff is the trustee of the estate of Robert Farris, a bankrupt.
