This was a suit in trover, brought in two counts, by a married woman against a corporation, for the recovery of certain shares of the capital stock of the defendant. The first count sought to recover 300 shares of stock which it was alleged the corporation had transferred upon its books to her husband upon a tran$*699fer by the wife to the husband of the stock certificate, it being alleged that the corporation then knew of the relationship of husband and wife, but not that it knew that the wife, a resident of a different county, had failed to obtain an order from the superior court in the county…
