HUDSON, Judge.
Plaintiffs Larry and Kathleen Brown (“Browns”) sued to recover from defendant Foremost Affiliated Insurance Services, Inc. (“Foremost”) for damages to their mobile home under their homeowners insurance policy. The Browns also alleged claims for bad faith and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Foremost filed an answer and then served requests for admissions upon the Browns. The Browns failed to respond, and the facts contained in the requests were deemed admitted.
