There are two propositions insisted on by the plaintiffs in error for a reversal of the judgment of the trial court in this case: (1) Fraud in loaning money to J. A. Keltner, without real estate security, as provided by statute; and (2) Counsel for plaintiffs in error insists that this is a collateral attack on the judgment and proceedings of the trial court.
