Commonwealth v. McFarlin

This is the appeal of Larry McFarlin (Appellant) from the opinion and order of the Superior Court affirming the *168judgment of sentence imposed on Appellant by the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County.

Appellant pled guilty to seventy-five counts of theft by deception and two counts of conspiracy to commit theft by deception. The thefts involved were the issuing of seventy-five checks to various merchants during a two-month period from an account which Appellant knew was closed.
