I. INTRODUCTION
This subrogation action arises out of a fire that occurred on August 25, 2011 at the home of Peter I. Higgins and Bonnie H. Higgins. At the time of the fire, the Higginses’ property was insured by the plaintiff, Pacific Indemnity Company (“Chubb”).
