This case involves the claims of the appellants to unemployment compensation for the first week in July, 1951. The facts in the case are not in *468dispute. For a number of years prior to the period in question the I. M. Dach Underwear Company has operated a manufacturing business in the city of Jackson. - For varying periods less than 1 year in duration, prior to July 1, 1951, appellants were employed by the company, all of them being members of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America.
