These cases, growing out of a dispute between the parties as to the dividing line between their properties in Waltham, Maine, and the ownership of a strip of land along that boundary, come forward on motions for new trials and are argued together as they were tried below. They are reviewed in the reverse order of their numerical positions on the docket.
