MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN D. SCHWARTZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter presently before the Court is Taisa Szyszko’s (“Taisa”) Motion for Relief From the Automatic Stay to Fund Trust. Taisa argues that a State Court Order, entered nunc pro tunc, is sufficient to create a valid trust and that her husband, Alexander Szyszko (“Debtor”), should be required to fund this trust. The Debtor argues that the nunc pro tunc order is not sufficient to create a valid trust and therefore there is nothing to fund.
