Reversing.

Dorsey Broughton was indicted for the crime of murder and upon trial found guilty of voluntary manslaughter. A penalty of imprisonment for 10 years was imposed. He seeks a reversal on tbe following grounds: (1) The trial court erred in overruling the motion of the appellant to direct the jury to return a verdict of not guilty. (2) The court improperly instructed the jury as to the law of the case.
