LEISURE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs have brought an action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1986 for injunctive and monetary relief against the City of New York, various City officials and employees, and two of their former law firms. Plaintiffs allege their rights were violated by the actions of the City and the other defendants in relation to property owned by plaintiffs in the Borough of Manhattan. The City of New York and all other defendants affiliated with the City have moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12 for dismissal of this action on the pleadings. 1 The City…
