BECHTLE, District Judge.
Plaintiff Glenn C. Bullock (“Bullock”), a prisoner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the custody of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Correction, brought this civil rights action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, to redress the deprivation of rights secured to him by the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
