Pending before the court are the following: (1) a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiffs Ralph D. Huston and Christina Huston (the “plaintiffs”) (Dkt. 32); and (2) a cross-motion for summary judgment filed by defendant U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-WFHE4 (“U.S. Bank”). Dkt. 33. The court has considered the motions, responsive briefing, record evidence, and applicable law.
