delivered the opinion of the court.

Sarah A. Cantrall, appellee, recovered a judgment against appellant for the sum of $5,450 in an action of assumpsit based upon a policy for accident insurance.

Alvin W. Cantrall, late husband of appellee, made his application to appellant for a policy of accident insurance on December 9, 1926, on which application the policy was issued. At the time of his death, Can-trail was, and had been for about 12 years, superintendent of the repair department of the Jennings Auto Sales Company in the City of Springfield. The repair…
