Appellant (described hereinafter as complainant) filed its bill to restrain infringement of claims 23 and 24 of patent No. 688,789, granted to Monahan & Kieren, December 10, 1901, for an improvement in machines for making twine having rc*938lation “more particularly,” says the specification, “although not necessarily, to twine composed of lengths of grass.” The claims read as follows:
