On March 2, 2012, Noreen Wiscovitch-Rentas, (“Trustee Wiscovitch”) acting as Chapter 7 trustee of the bankruptcy estate of PMC Marketing Corp., (Bankr. Case No. 09-2048), filed an adversary proceeding before the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 & 157 against Glaxosmithkline Puerto Rico, Inc (“Defendant”), Bankr.
