Decided January 19, 1999PublishedCited by 5 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Eng, J.), rendered June 2, 1997, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review an order of the same court (Rios, J.), dated November 19, 1996, which, upon reargument, adhered to a prior determination, made in an order dated October 8, 1996, which denied that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
