These cases came on for consideration as follows — in case no. 69-2024, on the amended petition for writ of habeas corpus, order for writ of habeas corpus, writ of habeas corpus issued thereon April 1, 1969, and respondent’s return to writ of habeas corpus; and in case no. 69-2058, on the petition for writ of habeas corpus, writ of habeas corpus issued thereon April 1,1969, and respondent’s return to writ of habeas corpus.
