The question presented for decision arises out of the intervention, in the present proceeding, of Ira R. Humphreys, trustee in bankruptcy of W. 0. Harris, and it is this: Did the said trustee in bankruptcy, as such, elect to relinquish all his right, title and interest in and to a certain tract of land, known as the Wells place, which passed by the will of H. C. Harris to his son, W. C. Harris, on the ground that said property was valueless to the estate of the bankrupt and would therefore prove to be a burden rather than a benefit?
