The matters which provided the basis of this litigation resulting in this appeal are summarized briefly as follows: January 3, t950, defendant, R. E. Inklebarger, than a resident of Clay County, Texas, borrowed $730.90 from a bank in Grandfield, Oklahoma. Intervenor (defendant’s sister) and one Parris were sureties upon the note, which was secured by a chattel mortgage upon personal property, including a 1946 model Ford Truck, the subject matter of this action.
