This is a suit over ownership and right to possession of farm real estate. Plaintiff sued to recover possession, whereon Defendants counterclaimed seeking specific performance of a written “contract for deed” and a declaratory judgment of the parties’ rights under that contract. 1 After making credibility determinations adverse to Defendants, the trial court ruled Plaintiff owned the subject property and Defendants had no ownership interest.
