STAKELY, Justice.
The vital question in this case is whether Althea Jacob abandoned her homestead and so lost her title to the property through a sheriff’s sale. The suit was begun by W. C. Barber (appellant) by a bill in equity for a sale for division, the complainant claiming an undivided one-half interest in a lot of land with an area of about 7,000 square feet with a house thereon, the property being located in Jefferson County.
