This is a suit under the Workmen’s Compensation Law, Act 20 of 1914, as amended by Act 216 of 1924, page 398, in which plaintiff claims compensation on the basis of total disability under Section 8, 1 (b) of the act as amended.
Defendant admits liability, but claims that the disability is only partial and temporary.
