Appellees are commercial property owners that sued appellants Henry S. Miller Commercial Co. and Steven Defterios, a real estate broker for Henry S. Miller, for fraud in the inducement, fraud, and negli gent misrepresentation. 1 Only the fraud and negligent misrepresentation claims were submitted to the jury. The jury found appellants liable and assessed damages. On appeal, appellants do not challenge the jury’s liability findings.
