In this action, plaintiff Kenneth W. Jones seeks to relitigate claims that this court disposed of on November 29, 2000. Plaintiff raises identical claims to those he raised before Judge Anderwelt in case 00-606. Specifically, he seeks $100,000,000.00 in damages from the government for alleged violations of his civil rights by Ohio police officers in connection with the murder of his wife.
