Plaintiff Gilberto Rodriguez-Vega (“plaintiff Rodriguez”) and plaintiff Luz Colon-Rivera (“plaintiff Colon”) bring claims against defendant Policlinica la Familia de Toa Alta, Inc. (“defendant” or “Policlinica”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Docket No. 1.)
