Erin Silber (“Silber”) and Olympia Moro (“Moro”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) initiated these related actions as proposed class actions against Barbara’s Bakery, Inc. (“Defendant”) on November 5 and December 11, 2012, respectively. Plaintiffs allege Defendant falsely represents the content and quality of its products as “All Natural,” when, in fact, the products contain purportedly “unnatural” ingredients.
