The petitioner, Nyron Dumas, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, he claims that the court improperly concluded *63that he failed to sustain his burden of establishing his elaim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
