MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VRATIL, District Judge.

This diversity action arises from an automobile accident. Plaintiff claims that while Stanley Burleson was driving a rented U-Haul van, a trailer which had been attached to the van came loose, crossed the median and collided with her car. Plaintiff filed suit *1382against Burleson, Chambers Plastering and Exterior Coating Inc. (Burleson’s employer), and U-Haul International, Inc. (“UHI”), which . allegedly owned the rental van.
