I. Procedural History

This matter comes before the Court on Darryl Cummings’ (“Cummings”) motion for summary judgment. The instant action began when Cummings filed a complaint, pro se, against Deborah Addison (“Addison”) alleging intentional infliction of emotional distress, tortious interference, and professional malpractice. Addison answered and counter-sued.
