This matter involves a dispute between plaintiff-appellee (the holder of a perfected security interest as noted on the certificates of title of a 1976 Buick automobile titled in the name of Dawn Boykin, and a 1976 Ford truck titled in the name of Terry Simon) and defendant-appellant.
