Photographer Penny Gentieu and her corporation Penny Gentieu Studio, Inc (collectively “Gentieu,” hereafter treated for convenience as a singular feminine noun) have brought this action against Tony Stone Images/Chicago, Inc. (“Stone”) and Getty Images, Inc. (defendants are collectively referred to as “Getty,” also treated as a singular noun), charging (1) copyright infringement, (2) breach of fiduciary duty and (3) breach of contract.
