I. Introduction

Petitioner, Michael Garrison (“Petitioner”), presently confined at the Adrian Temporary Correctional Facility in Adrian, Michigan, has filed this pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 alleging that he is confined in violation of his constitutional rights.
