The National Labor Relations Board petitions this court for enforcement of its order of February 29, 1956 that Montgomery Ward (1) cease and desist from (a) discouraging its employees from union membership, by discriminatory hire, discharge and reinstatement; (b) interrogating employees about their union membership, activities or views, and (c) interfering in any manner with their rights to self organization and collective bargaining, in violation of § 8(a) (1) and § 8(a) (3), 1 National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158; (2) reinstate employees Frank Felker and…
