This case arises from a credit report on Robert Clark issued by defendant Regional Credit Association to State Farm Fire and Casualty Company on July 25, 1989. On April 6, 1992, Robert and Billie Clark filed this action seeking actual and punitive damages, alleging that defendants had violated the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681-168H (FCRA).
