These two actions are before me on plaintiff’s motions to remand to the Johnson Circuit Court from whence they were removed by the defendant. On June 1, 1929; the defendant issued to the Consolidation Coal Company a group insurance policy on the lives of its 'employees. It contained a provision that it would issue to the company for delivery to eaeh employee whose life was insured an individual certificate setting forth a statement as to the insurance protection to which he was entitled and to whom it was payable, together with a provision to the effect…
